Notes
This film explores the realm of ideological terrorism, tracing the evolution of ?red' terror groups from their emergence in Cuba in the 1950s through their European incarnations (the Red Brigades in Italy and the Red Army Faction in Germany). The film then follows up Che Guevara's legacy in South America, starting with the Shining Path in Peru before moving on the Armed Revolutionary Army of Colombia. In the end, it appears that revolutionary terror groups seldom achieve their goals and often end up killing the people they intended to liberate.
